Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested a man along with a Pakistan-made revolver and 30 rounds of bullet from a house in Shalgaria area of the district town on Tuesday afternoon.
The arrestee was identified as Shihab, son of Nazrul Islam, a resident of the area.RAB-12 sources said on secret information, they conducted a raid in
the house of Professor Goal Chandra Biswas in the area and arrested Shihab at about 3:00 pm.The elite force also recovered a Pakistan-made revolver and 30 rounds of bullet from his possession.The arrestee was handed over to Sadar Police Station after interrogation.A case was filed in this connection. -UNB, Pabna
