Two students were injured as a crude bomb exploded in the classroom of a primary school in Sonatala upazila on Saturday. The victims were identified as Rahat, 8, and Pranta, 8, students of Class-III of Bamunia Govt Primary School.
Witnesses said Rahat found the crude bomb on his way to the school and put it into his pocket thinking it as a toy. The bomb went off in the classroom around 1:30pm.Officer-in-charge of Sonatala Police Station AKM Khalequzzaman said the injured were admitted to the upazila health complex. – UNB
