Police arrested the city unit vice-president of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) from Khashdabir area in the city early Saturaday.The arrestee was identified as Mahfuzul Karim Jehin, vice-president of the city unit of JCD, student wing of BNP.Gausul Azam, officer-in-charge of Bimanbandar Police Station, said on secret information, a team of police conducted a drive in the area and arrested Jehin in the dead of night. -UNB, Sylhet
