Rajshahi – The Rajshahi University Single Group (RUSG), an anti-valentine’s Day association of the university has celebrated the Valentine’s Day in an exceptional way staging their demonstration on the campus.
Students under the banner of “Deprived Association of Love” brought a protesting procession on the campus unwelcoming the Day.Chanting the slogans “Keu pabe keu pabe na ta hobe na ta hobe”, “Premer name pocket khali cholbe na” the procession parading main streets of the campus near female students’ halls ended at the Tukitaki Chattar of the university with a brief rally.
They termed the right to love as a fundamental right while they also demanded that the day should be declared as national shocking day. – RU Correspondent
