Dhaka, Aug 15: The country reported 34 more COVID-19 deaths on Saturday, raising the total fatality number to 3,625. Of them, 24 were male while 10 were female.
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Confirmed the matter through a press release this afternoon.
In last 24 hours, 2,644 more patients have been detected after testing 12,891 samples across the country.
Now, the total infection number stood at 2,74,525.
Some 1,012 more people made recovery from the deadly virus, taking the total recovery number 1,57,635.
The infection rare is now 57.42 per cent.
