Dhaka – A battalion commander level flag meeting of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and Indian Border Security Force (BSF) was held at Raghunathpur frontier under Chapainawabganj district on Thursday.Commanding Officer of 9 battalion of BGB Lieutenant Colonel SM Abul Ehsan led the Bangladesh team while commandant of 36 battalion of BSF Satish Kumar led the Indian side. BGB sources said different issues like border firing and killing, smuggling of drugs, arms, explosives and domestic animals, women and children trafficking, illegal border crossing, ensuring border security and coordinated patrolling on border were discussed in a cordial atmosphere in the meeting.BSS
