A bicyclist was killed as a bus crashed into his bicycle on the Chapainawabganj-Rohanpur Road in Sadar upazila on Wednesday evening.
The deceased was identified as Farid Uddin, 35, son of Abdul Kuddus, of Nungola area of Gomastapur upazila.
Sub-inspector Shahin of Sadar Police Station said the moving bus hit the bicycle Farid was riding at Dukhamari around 7:00pm, leaving him dead on the spot.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy. -UNB, Chapainawabganj
