BNP standing committee member Rafiqul Islam Miah was admitted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) as he fell sick seriously on Saturday. Rafiqul Islam was taken to BSMMU in a serious condition as he suddenly collapsed at noon due to high blood pressure, BNP assistant office secretary Abdul Latif Jony said.
He said the BNP policymaking body member was kept at the ICU of the BSMMU. Quoting doctors, Jony said his condition was still critical. – UNB
