A body of a youth was found at Rupsha River under Labonchara area in the city today .The deceased was identified as Russel Howlader, 18, son of Abdus Salam Howlader, resident at Chanmari Bazaar area under Labonchara Police Station in the city.Officer-in-Charge of Labonchara Police Station Sarder Mossarraf Hossain suspected that he might have been strangulated and his body was dumped in the Rupsha River.Police arrested four friends of Russel today noon.A case was filed with Labonchara Police Station in this connection. -BSS, Khulna
