Dhaka -A truck driver was killed in a head-on collision between his vehicle and a bus at Harikhali Bazar in Jessore on the Jessore-Satkhira road in Sharsha upazila on Tuesday afternoon.The deceased was identified as Masum Billah, 25, son of Dalil Uddin,
a resident of Purabarandipara in the district town,UNB News Agency Reported.Quoting witnesses, police said the accident took place when the truck collided head-on with a passenger-carrying bus around 5:30pm, leaving the truck driver, Masum, injured.Later, Masum was whisked off to Jessore General Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries around 7:30pm.
