A student of class v of a primary school was found dead from inside a bamboo cluster at Jagannathpur village under Jessore sadar upazila.
The dead is identified as Suraiya Khatun, 12, daughter of Atar Ali of Jagannathpur village. Enamul Haque, officer in-charge, Kotwali police station told that the schoolgirl went missing since the morning of Saturday and the body was found inside the bamboo cluster later. ‘ She was killed by unidentified miscreants while going to a private tutor,’ he added.No case was filed and none was arrested in this connection.Correspondent Jessore
