Heartiest congratulations to Honorable President Abdul Hamid on his re-election as the President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh for a second consecutive term. During his last term, President Abdul Hamid has earned great reputation and respect for his simplicity, patriotism and true leadership. I sincerely hope that President Abdul Hamid, being the guardian of the Nation will provide guidance to overcoming all the stresses the country is passing through including the Rohingya problem and move Bangladesh become a truly prosperous and welfare State.
Meanwhile, being the Chancellor of Sher-e- Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), President Abdul Hamid had attended the first Convocation of our University in 2015 and gave away the degree certificates to the graduates. It may be mentioned here that the SAU is preparing for its second convocation for which the present Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kamal Uddin Ahamed has started taking preparation. And we are anxiously waiting to welcome Hon’ble President and Chancellor of SAU to our campus to gracing the second convocation of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University.
