Dhaka – Dhaka Mariner Youngs’ Club maintained their all win record in the Cute Women’s Handball League beating Viqarunnisa Noon Sports Club 37-26 goals at the Shaheed (Capt) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium here on Monday.
They dominated the first half by 21-14 goals.Bhabna scored 17 goals for the winners while Rubina and Misti netted eight goals each for the losers.
With the feat, Dhaka Mariner Youngs’ Club clearly dominated the nine-team league table securing full 21 points from straight seven matches while Viqarunnisa Noon Sports Club remained at the 4th position with 12 points from seven encounters.
In the day’s another match, Dilkusha Sporting Club crushed Gafur Beluch Smriti Sangsad by 60-1 goals after leading the first half 24-0. Sifa and Shibani scored 15 goals each for the winners.
In the day’s other match, Madaripur Handball Training Centre defeated Arambagh KS 29-27 goals after trailing by 11-14 goals in the first half.UNB
