We expected that cost of internet packages would be reduced during the Awami League tenure. But neither the cost nor the Internet speed is in favour of the Internet users.We are really annoyed that that we cannot download a simple text book from the NTCB website without breaking some Bangla font yet. This news has been published several times in the dailies.
Moreover, we cannot browse the Internet due to severe load shedding of electricity in the remote areas and the situation has not improved much even in most urban areas.
We cannot pay our BTCL telephone bills through mobile or using any other means yet. But we can pay our electricity bills for about a decade using mobile phones, though the previous elected government did not take vows for this.
When we find many teachers’ names and information in their schools website, we do not get officers’ names and information from their educational website.
