Hundreds of people have been suffering for last five days due to the indefinite strike of the physicians.
The physicians went on strike on December 24 as relatives of a patient assaulted an on duty doctor and five staff of the hospital centering death of a patient at the emergency department of the district Sadar hospital.
The agitating doctors demanded immediate arrest of the culprits.
The also forewarned that if their demand is not met soon, they would announce tougher movement on January 1.
