An elderly easy-bike driver was hacked to death in Jagohati-Ruhulpara area in Sadar upazila of Jessore district last night. The deceased was identified as Khairul Islam, 60, son of Omar Ali of Dakkhin Kaierpara village in Chaugacha upazila.Police said a gang of unidentified miscreants killed the driver in the area at around 8:00pm.On information, police retrieved the body from the spot and sent it to Jessore General Hospital morgue for post-mortem.A case was filed with Jessore Kotwali Model thana in this connection. -BSS, Jessore
