Driver killed and four others injured after a watermelon laden truck
collided with a brick laden truck at Rahamatpur on Barisal Dhaka
highway at about 10:00 pm Sunday night.Shahidullah, Barisal Airport Police Station in charge, said the dead
truck driver was identified as Fazar Ali, 56, and four injured truck
workers Rubel, 20, Kamaruzzaman,35, Mainuddin, 31, and Badsha, 26,
were on the watermelon laden truck coming from Satkhira.
The dead body sent to Barisal Sher E Bangla Medical College Hospital
for autopsy and injured 4 admitted there for treatment.
Police seized watermelon laden truck, while the another one managed
to flee from the scene , the OC Airport PS said.
