Share prices at Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) registered a gain while that at Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) a fall on Tuesday.The DSE benchmark index, DGEN gained 1.13 points or 0.03 percent to reach 3618.48 points at the closing of the day’s trading. Of the issues traded on the day, 134 gained, 119 declined and 25 remained unchanged.
Share prices worth Tk 136.43 crore were traded on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the CSE key index, CSCX lost 27.24 points to stand at 6761.79 points at the closing.
Of the issues traded, 61 advanced, 91 suffered loss and 21 remained unchanged.
