Education quality falling, alleges Khaleda

Dhaka – BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia on Saturday alleged that the education quality in the country has degraded gradually as the government has long been showing ‘inflated’ pass rate for its self-complacency. UNB news agency reported
“There’s no denying that our education quality has gradually fallen as the pass rate has been inflated for complacency. Our progress will be hindered in the days to come and we’ll fall behind in global competition if we can’t overcome the situation,” she said.
The BNP chief came up with the remarks while speaking at the concluding session of a day-long seminar titled ‘Bangladesh’s Current Education System and Our Future’ at Ladies Club in the city.
