Eight business establishments were gutted in a devastating fire that broke out at Dolagaon Bazaar under Sadar upazila of the district in the early hours of today.The fire originated from an electric short-circuit of a shop at about 3.30 am and soon engulfed other adjacent shops, Fire Service & Civil Defence sources said.
Being informed, two firefighters units from Munshiganj rushed to the spot and doused the blaze after two and a half hours hectic efforts with the help of locals, the sources added.(BSS)
