Ethical policy making in educational management

“The function of education is to teach one to think critically. Intelligence plus character- that is the goal of true education.” –Martin Luther King, Jr
Every year school produces the best output to build up the economic priority. Every segment has a variety of problems and identifies the unethical utilization of the organization. It might be development or educational organization. After completing education, students may go to the career or job or business for having standard living with quality serving, fertility, earning, and health. Education every level is both monetary and non-monetary level. It is investment through parents for children’s and they get it later on by excellent feedback. So Institution should have superior supplements to provide sustainable output to the students. But as other organization, institutions also have faced many difficulties because of some lack. The lack of decision making, which makes students more problem. Decision making might create the institution or parents but it reflects the students. We must more analyze the issue regarding the policy of the institution because it depends on the future of the country where we live in. Generation creates the healthy or non-healthy economy of the state so first of we should take some mental actions regarding policy making and student involvement.

Policy making and adaptation of school would be in such a way that each student in the school is felt safe, treatment and care be taken based on the individual need so that each student will feel their effort be meaningful and keep it up and continue till their goal is achieved. They will feel school be more valuable and effective in order to achieve their vision and make it practical what they want to be in future with the need for school and without the school. They will understand well the comparison of their academic life and out of the academic life that makes them not to drop off from the school. This would make the nation safe and stronger because they are the future founder of the nation and the nation depend on them. If you do not invest in the education on the basis of the need of student you would not expect the future as strong and fair. That’s why your investment on the education and the student is an important business than any other business you think on. Education leaders must use their thoughts and ideas for better implementation of policy. Ethical dilemmas, now a part of everyday life in schools, often test the personal, professional, and ethical values of school administrators as they struggle to do or say the right thing. There is the main problem behind into the educational institutions and that is a lack of useful policy making. The policy problem is not mentioned always in the list of a problem solving. Improve the policy and structured the listing problems and solve one by one because many policies have an unstructured value which is unbearable to solve. The question is what the way to start is and what the point of finish is. Multiple decision-making, lots of another way and unsolved demo created for a poor result. If student’s grades become too low then they cannot provide society. So policy maker’s strategy improve schools for better scores because its implications for the whole economy will achieve a higher rate of success. The fairness or justice approach to ethics has its tool in the teachings of the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle, who said that “equals should be treated equally and unequal’s unequally.” The basic moral question in this approach is: how fair is an action? Does it treat everyone in the same way, or does to show favoritism and discrimination? Experts and advisory groups often analyze policy dilemmas thoroughly. Parent’s educational perceptions should improve and school targets, justifications achieving them. Most scholars focus present status of management. The role of management education is to “prepare students to a contributor to their organization and the larger society and grow personally and professionally throughout their careers,’’ as defined by Association to Collegiate schools of business or AACSB (AACSB International 2009).
Education administrators reached decisions that were right, fair, and good while dealing with competing demands and values characteristic of contemporary pluralistic societies. As the leader of an ethical organization, administrators confront a variety of ethical dilemmas and challenges daily. How school administrators resolve ethical dilemmas depends upon the administrator’s training, values system, and approaches to moral decisions. Administrators who utilized the ethic of care considered how they could help an individual student meet his or her needs and desires before reaching an ethical decision.
So it is most important to improve decision-making processes in education. Development is important but without education development is impossible for future. Leaders can develop improved awareness and understanding of motives and circumstances and become better equipped to make the best decision.
“….Fixing the world means, means fixing the education…” (Janusz Korczak, 1939)
