Excessive sufferings of admission seekers

A few students, along with their parents, mostly mothers set off for appearing at the admission test of KUET. They started by a bus hired and managed by a coaching centre at 9:00 from Rajshahi on 19th October and reached Jessore at night as the roads particularly from Lalonshah bridge to Jessore are in very bad shapes and are very risky too. They all stayed in a hotel at Jessore and the next morning, on 20 October they started for KUET.It was raining heavily from the morning and it continued all day. Admission test was supposed to start at 9:30 am but due to heavy rain the authority rescheduled at 10 am. Though a few students have umbrellas these could not protect them from the heavy rain and there was a water logging on the Kuet campus. And a many of them were totally wet along with their parents. A large number of guardians across the country had to wait in their wet dresses outside the campus. The authority arranged samiana (pandal) which was not sufficient because of the heavy rain.
It was two and a half hours’ test. Is it not too much for the students? Many of the guardians asked what is the need of HSC examination if they need a so long test?
In the midnight around 2 pm, students and guardians reached Rajshahi without taking lunch and dinner.
When such sufferings will stop and who will bell the cat?
