Foreign Investors’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) on Sunday stressed resolving the political crisis in the country for attracting foreign investment.At a press conference on its 50th anniversary at a city hotel, FICCI leaders also urged the government to take necessary steps to improve the investment infrastructure and access to lands for investment.
Speaking on the occasion, FICCI president Syed Ershad Ahmed said: “We continue to try and stay positive and confident that the government will engage more with FICCI and include our views while framing policies.”
The press conference was also attended by FICCI vice president Jim McCabe and executive director MA Matin. (Source: UNB)
