Dhaka – Bachelors SC and Combined SC have registered wins in the Green Delta First Division Hockey League 2018. They defeated Shantinagor SC and Shishukishor Shongho in their respective matches.
In the first game between Bachelors and Shantinagor, Bachelors came up victorious by 10-0 goals. Meheruzzaman Rista scored four goals. He scored the first goal in sixth minute of the match and the other three at 12th, 22nd and 49th minute of the game.
Mohammad Shamim, Harvir Singh and Mohammad Ripond scored two, three and one goal respectively for the Bachelors. While Rista (4) and Shamim (2) scored field-goals, Harvir (3) and Ripon (1) scored PC goals.
In the other match of the day, Combined beat Shishukishor by 4-0 goals. Shivnath Das, Mehidy Hasan, Shibu Das and Jewel Hossain scored for their team.
The league will end on February 16 and a prize-giving ceremony will take place at Mawlana Bhashani Hockey Stadium.
