Four snatchers were arrested and a motorbike was seized from their possession by Jhenidah police from Boalia village under Moheshpur upazila in the district on Friday night.The arrestees are Mustafizur Rahman of Mohammadpur village under Magura district, Sovon of Sarupdah village, Ananda Kumar of Khalishpur village and Dabir Uddin of Hashadah village under Moheshpur upazila in the district. Moheshpur police station officer in-charge (OC) Akram Hossain said, the snatchers trying to snatch at the Boalia village. The caught them and informed the police. The police men recovered a motorbike they had been using. The arrestees were the members of inter-district snatch gang. A case was filed in Moheshpur police station in this connection. They were sent to jail-hazat, the OC added. – Our Correspondent
