Expressing shock at the deadly terror attacks in Paris, France Ambassador to Bangladesh Sophie Aubert on Saturday thanked Bangladesh and all the friends of France for their expression of solidarity.
“In these days of sorrow, I thank Bangladesh and all friends of France for their expressions of solidarity,” she said in a message.Aubert said France has been struck in its heart, but France is strong, and will not succumb to terror spread by obscurantist and barbaric enemies of civilisation.
“We’re all in mourning after the carnage that occurred in Paris on the evening of November 13,” she added.
