Gene mechanics 45: Human healthcare revolution

Dr. M. S. HaqRevolutionisation of human healthcare could become a reality, in human terms though, in the future – if, for example, present day treatments provided to patients by medical practitioners (used in a wider and deeper sense) are at least largely replaced via that future by self-sustained and self-regulated modes of treatments at individual human levels with the help of ‘good offices’ of Gene mechanics.Healthcare revolution is required because factors such as and as appropriate: 01. uncertainties associated with healthcare; 02. relativity shifts; 03. complementarities and supplementarities starved emerging domains of integrative medicine; 04. outcomes of servomechanisms (used in an engineering sense) in areas say healthcare regulatory policies, institutions and accountability against the backdrop of better governance at local and other levels; 05. environmental pollution, medicinal pollution (I call it in that way – outcomes include inter alia antibiotic resistant bacteria) and other types of pollution including inter alia human developmental pollution; 06. marginalized outcomes from medical specializations due to shortfalls in medical system synergies; 07. healthcare profit motives beyond the affordability of say world poor; 08. use of intellectual properties for harmful healthcare competitions;
09. medical ignorance-induced circular wastage of scarce useful resources – in the midst of say growing global interdependencies – as a result of ignorance triggered arrogance and practices by all concerned, patients’ increased vulnerabilities to access proper and just-in-time treatments, and advices for more and more tests and examinations in possible pursuits of for instance, face saving or avoidance of legal and other ramifications that might arise out of and in the course of failures to treat patients properly or treating them wrongly or otherwise as applicable, by medical practitioners; 10. unfair medical practices on the part of all concerned; 11. shortfalls in areas say respect for humans, medical human resources developments;
12. RDE (research, development and engineering) insufficiencies in areas say EBM (evidenced based medicine); 13. satisfactions, dissatisfactions (or otherwise) of all concerned; 14. present day inabilities of Gene mechanics to establish and operationalize a universe formula for facilitating say affordable and quality healthcare solutions; 15. fragmented efforts towards ‘quality’ DNA transfers for accelerating advancement of human civilizations through the 21st century; and 16. nutritional approaches to healthcare are yet to become a fully blown reality – – all, have been contributing to inter alia challenges and opportunities of contemporary healthcare, affecting homeostasis (used in medical and other senses) of genes, as well as communities of genes in relation to homeostasis of rest of creations and vice versa that are (genes + rest of creations), according to Gene mechanics, involved in for example creation and sustenance of realities such as diseases and treatments as they are apparent to, and experienced by, say humans with the help of anatomy, physiology, management, engineering, technology, behavior including thermodynamical behavior, arts, actuarial sciences of that mechanics.
A few of above realities – as apparent to Mr. Kazi Mostaque Ahmed (a journalist) vide his lead Op-ed article “Unethical practices of doctors and medical expenses” and those apparent to Prof. M. Zahidul Haque (Dean, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University) vide his letter to the editor “United Hospital stepped into 8th year”, both in The Independent newspaper of Bangladesh of 28 August 2013 – have been captured in a concise, precise and user-friendly manner through the respective pieces. The Op-ed focused prima-facie on a variety of critical healthcare challenges in Bangladesh. The letter – while congratulating the United Hospital, Bangladesh on its birth day, identifying at least two of its good performers namely Dr. Dabir Uddin Ahmed and Lt. Col. Dr. Salek, and wishing the hospital’s future success – has suggested a number measures for bringing about further improvements in certain areas of healthcare management of the hospital.
Based on an initial and brief analysis of matters discussed and not discussed so far in the article, the following suggestions (as of 28 August 2013) have been presented here with a view to help revolutionizing present day healthcare, capable of for example ensuring, sustaining and promoting equity + equality in domains of healthcare, to maximum satisfaction of all concerned – all, against the backdrop of say emerging Gene mechanics. The suggestions do not follow the order of priority and importance – but they are relative to known, unknown and other variables.
1. The time has come for accelerating efforts towards more aggressive, more knowledgeable and more useful – than that at present – sharing of healthcare responsibilities (including those of healing) initially by for example human patients and medical practitioners in pursuits of affordable and hi-quality healthcare opportunities for all at all time to maximum satisfaction and minimum dissatisfaction of all concerned. One of the ultimate objectives is: eventual devolution of for example present day treatment of human diseases to the full and meaningful care of individual human systems via Gene mechanics.
According to one of the emerging theories of Gene mechanics, a proper balance or a proper rebalance or a proper renewed balance or otherwise as applicable between and among genes and rest of creations and vice versa is apparently responsible for maintenance of respective homeostasis – in pursuits of respective healthy statuses. Further, outcomes of Gene mechanics via environment-hypothalamus-sweating chains, via goose flesh appearance on the skin caused by arrector pili muscle, via physics of stress and strain, via chemistry of laws of conservation of mass, and via earth-gravity mix are among others contributing to inter alia maintenance of balance or rebalance mentioned above. On the other hand, universe renewals in the form of climate change, present day barriers to quantum mechanics-Einstein’s relativity mix, and speeds of human mind vis-à-vis humanly experienced speeds of time at linear, non-linear and other levels are among others contributing to demand, supply and other sides of say renewed balance indicated above.
In short, a sustainable maintenance of homeostasis of genes – genes for example constitute code of life and control functions of cells, 100+ trillion cells x 30,000+ genes/cell in case of human – at say below quantum and prior to big bang, cross linking (as appropriate though) conceptual, operation and other areas of humans and other components of creations under regimes of Gene mechanics could upgrade human system capabilities and enlarge human system choices in areas say self-sustained and self-regulated modes of treatments at intra-human levels – relative, however, to for example apparent grand limitations of creations in the form of uncertainty, gravity, change, transformation, and relativity, to mention a few.
One of the underlying assumptions here is: a variety of sustained balancing situations under Gene mechanics could – act as inter alia and as appropriate antidotes to causes of cancer such as those associated with incorrect information in genetic materials of a cell or with disruption of exact copying of genetic code by external factors (say, smoke, radiation – radioactive materials) or otherwise, as appropriate; help stop disruption of exit of nutrients from blood vessels in the marrow that pass by diffusions through canaliculi of lamellae to osteocytes (mature bone cells) in the lacunae; assist in dealing with phagocytic ineffectiveness; help control harmful outcomes of fibroblasts in the repair of injury; and help avoid abnormally silent and hyperactive neurons under certain conditions. Gene mechanics is designed for achieving inter alia gainful integrations of   human defense mechanisms into those of rest of creations and vice versa under sustainable balancing regimes – in pursuits say better intra human system protection as outcomes of say advantageous automatic reflexes.
II. According to another emerging theory of Gene mechanics: successes of identification and harnessing of challenges + opportunities of the entire creations (presently unknown to humans and others) – all, for say common good – via for example explorations and exploitations of balancing regimes that approximately help holding the entire creations – would depend on inter alia as to how best and quickest Gene mechanics could be instrumental in linking, re-linking (or otherwise) missing links between and among genes and rest of creations and vice versa, as apparent to say present day humans, in pursuits of for example capturing  a variety of critical paths that supposedly run or re-run (or otherwise) through the entire creations – using convergences, divergences, complementarities, supplementarities, interdependencies and other things as binding and other agents.
One of the underlying assumptions here is: a better and more direct communication, interaction and transaction between and among genes and rest of creations than that at present could reveal additional challenges before, and additional opportunities for, not only self-mode treatment of diseases at say intra-human levels but create purposeful and influential partnerships with other inhabitants for common good indicated above. Purposes of suggesting redefinition of life against the backdrop of entire creations via at least one of the previous articles on Gene mechanics was to broaden above partnerships and bringing about diversities in imaginations and solutions to problems including those of health care. By the way, deal with the mutation via maintaining proper balance in cell environments under for example Gene mechanics.
III. Present day Gene mechanics interprets inter alia human knowledge + understanding + application as its products. The building blocks of above products are for example IOC (interface of commonality), IONC (interface of non-commonality), IOCS (interface of complementarity and supplementarity) and other interfaces. The interfaces are created, developed or otherwise treated by a variety of components of Gene mechanics – such as gene waves, gene energy, gene transducers (for say converting a signal in one form of energy into another form of energy), gene power, gene servomechanisms, gene transactions, gene intra human system library, gene life, gene development, gene death, and gene intelligence, all in relation to rest of creations – at various levels of say life, living, continuity, growth, and recycling of all concerned within the entire creation under a variety of circumstances.
The last word: let us work towards revolutionizing present day healthcare via for example self mode intra human system healthcare under Gene mechanics in not too distant a future. Our sister Neena and others concerned – get well soon. God bless. (The author is inter alia Proponent of Gene mechanics)
