Benapole – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) rescued a teenage girl from Babubazar brothel in Jessore town on Wednesday night.Khairul Alam, corporal of Jessore Rab-6 camp, said tipped off, a team of the elite force conducted a raid on the red-light district around 10:30pm and rescued the 16-year-old girl.They also arrested Reshma,40, a leader of sex workers, from the brothel.A young man named Babu had sold the girl to the brothel, Alam added.A case was filed against Babu and Reshma with Jessore Kotwali Model Police Station.
