The Ameer of Islami Andolan Bangladesh and Pir Shaheb of Charmonai Mufti Syed Rezaul Karim has said that the government should discard its ‘anti-Islam stance and work with all including the opposition to build the country.Welcoming the people on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr the Pir Shaheb hoped the Eid would bring unalloyed happiness to all and made a plea to unitedly resist anti-state conspiracies.
The Ammer of Islami Andolan said the holy month of Ramadan had come with a message of self-restraint for all to give up hate, envy, conflict, telling ills of others and learn to obey Allah Almighty, and to devote to welfare of the country and the humanity by upholding the spirit of brotherhood.
Meanwhile, the secretary general of IAB in Principal Moulana Yunus Ahmed condemned an attack on IAB workers just before iftar at Khagrachhari jointly by some Awami League, Juna League and Chhtra League activists injuring about 15 IAB workers, and termed it reflection of Ferawah and Nimrud mantality of the attackers.
He said that this reflected their anti-Islam characted to the nation once again, and by doring this they are bringing their own destruction. The people would soon reject them with condemnation, he said demanding arrest and punishment of the attackers.
