Dhaka – Bangladeshi Golfer Md Farhad clinched silver medal for Bangladesh in boys individual event on the last day of golf discipline in the 13th South Asian Games at Gokarna Forest Golf Course in Nepalese capital Kathmandu on Friday.
Golfer Jakia Sultana clinched silver in girls individual event at the same venue on the day.
Besides, Bangladesh Boys’ Golf team comprises Md Farhad, Md Shomrat, Md Shahabuddin and Md Shafique secured silver in boys’ team event while Bangladesh Girls’ golf team comprising Jakia Sultana, Nasima Akther and Sonya Akther bagged silver in girls’ team event.UNB
