HSC results today

The results of this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations will be published today March 3.   The results are going to be published within 60 days from the date of conclusion of the examinations as per the prior announcement of the Education Ministry.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will announce the results at a press conference at his ministry around 1pm.
Prior to that, he will hand over the copy of the results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina around 10am.
Examinees can get results from their respective centres and websites of their boards.
They can also get the results by sending SMS to a certain number from any mobile phone operator.
A total of 1,012,581 examinees, including 823,241 under general education boards, 88,779 under madrasah education board, 95,956 under technical education and 4,605 under DIBS (Diploma in Business Studies), sat for the HSC and the equivalent examinations this year.
The HSC and equivalent examinations began on April 1 and were scheduled to end on May 28.
Hartals forced the authorities to reschedule exams of 30 subjects and the exams ended on June 3. – UNB
