Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited has achieved the ‘20th ICAB National Award’ for best presented annual reports 2019’ under the category of Corporate Governance.
Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi, MP handed over the award to J Q M Habibulla FCS, Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited in a program on 26 November 2020 at a hotel in the capital. Dr. Jafar Uddin, Commerce Secretary, Dr. Md. Hamid Ullah Bhuiyan, Chairman, Financial Reporting Council, Muhammad Farooq, President, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and Md. Ashraful Haque, FCA, Executive Vice President and CFO of IBBL were present in the program among others.
