Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited inaugurated its 500th Agent Banking Outlet at Alfadanga Bazar of Faridpur on 8 July 2019, Monday. Md. Abdul Jabbar, Deputy Managing Director of the Bank inaugurated the outlet as chief guest. Presided over by Md. Maksudur Rahman, Executive Vice President and Head of Khulna Zone, the program was addressed by Saifur Rahman, Mayor of Alfadanga Pourashabha, Monirul Haque Sikder, Principal of Alfadanga Government College, Muhammad Nurul Karim, Senior Vice President, Kazi Mohammad Ismail, First Assistant Vice President of the bank and Md. Akramuzzaman, local businessman as special guests. Mohammad Tauhidur Rahman, Head of Boalmari Branch addressed welcome speech. Md. Imran Hossain, Bank’s agent and proprietor of Burkaty Enterprise also addressed in the program. Local businesspersons, professionals and dignitaries attended the occasion.
