IBBL workshop on investement held

Islami Bank Training and Research Academy (IBTRA) organised a day long workshop on ‘Processing of Investment Proposal and Induction of Investment Clients’ for investment officials of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited at Mohammad Younus Auditorium of Islami Bank Tower on Wednesday. Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director of the Bank was present in the inaugural function as chief guest.
Presided over by, Md. Mahfuzur Rahman, Executive Vice President & Director General of IBTRA, the function was attended, among others, by Rafi Ahmed Begh, Deputy Managing Director, Md. Nazrul Islam Khan and Md. Altaf Hossain, Executive Vice Presidents of the Bank.
A total of 104 investment officials participated in the workshop.
Mohammad Abdul Mannan, in his speech, said that Islami Bank is working for development of living standard of all people in the society through decentralisation of its investments. “Not based on greed, rather Islami Bank makes investment in Halal sectors by giving priority on basic needs of the people”, he said adding that Islami Bank is working to minimise the gaps between the rich and poor in the light of Islamic wealth distributive principles.
He called upon the investment officials of the Bank to create potential new investment clients by employing their merit, devotion and professional skills.
