Mymensingh, May 23 – An ‘Iftar Mahfil’ was held at TSC conference hall of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) in Mymensingh organized by Bangladesh Agricultural University Debating Society (BAUDS) on Saturday. Prof Dr Mohammad Moniruzzaman, president of the organization presided over the event while Students’ affairs adviser Prof Dr S D Chowdhury addressed the mahfil as chief guest. Among others, ex-president Prof Dr Mohammad Saidur Rahman, general secretary of BAUDS Morshedul Islam were present at the mahfil.
They emphasized the significance of Ramzan in their speech. A special prayer was offered for the development of the university, the welfare and peace of the country and nation.
