A man was booked on Wednesday for hacking his estranged wife’s Facebook account and sending objectionable messages to her friends.
Sachin Jindal from Faridabad was booked under Section 66A of the IT Act after his wife, a resident of Gurgaon, registered an FIR, the cops said.The couple has some marital dispute and the woman now lives in Sector 9A in Gurgaon. The woman said her Facebook account password was changed on April 14 and she complained to the cyber crime cell.
“The woman suspected her husband has hacked her account and investigations confirmed it was hacked,” said ACP Hawa Singh, reports online
