A four-member delegation led by BL Bhattacharyya, National Director of Theosophycal Society of India, called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique today at his office.Other team members include Dr Jagannath Datgiri of Gauhati University and JN Patowary, former high official of Gauhati. Dr Mohammad Abdul Hye, president of Bangladesh Theosophycal Society, was present on the occasion.During the meeting, they discussed matters of mutual interest.They stressed the need for maintaining interreligious harmony all over the world. Religion-based politics must be banded in every part of the world, they opined.AAMS Arefin Siddique thanked the guests for their visit to the university.
