Savar, Dhaka 07 Jan – The Jahangirnagar University (JU) and the Emporia State University (ESU), America on Sunday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for bilateral cooperation in the field of education and research.JU treasurer Prof Sheikh Monzurul Hoq and president of ESU, on behalf of the respective institutions, signed the MoU that will allow the teachers and students of JU Business Studies Faculty to study and research at the latter university.
JU vice chancellor Prof Dr. Farzana Islam, vice-chancellor of Int’l Education of ESU Dr. Mark Dali, chairman of JU Management Studies dept. Awal Al Kabir and other teachers were present when the memorandum was signed at the council room,.
Earlier at a seminar on higher education in America — organized by JU Management Studies department–tate Dr. Mark Daly spoke while JU VC Prof Dr. Farzana Islam inaugurated it. – JU Correspondent
