Juba League leader hurt in bomb attack in Chuadanga

A local Juba League leader sustained injuries in a bomb attack by a
group of terrorists in Darshana of Damurhuda upazila early Sunday.
The victim was identified as Joynul Abedin Nafar, also former
councilor of Darshana Pourasabha.
Police and locals said Nafar was returning to his Darigan Chandpur
village house from Darshana Puratan Bazar at about 12.05am.
When he reached in front of his house, a group of terrorists threw two
bombs towards him, leaving him injured.
Critically injured Nafar was first rushed to Chuadanga Sadar Hospital
and later shifted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital as his condition
deteriorated.
Officer-in-charge of Damurhuda Model Police Station Ahsan Habib said
police have already started drive to arrest the attackers.
