Pabna – A man was found dead at Pathailhat in Santhia upazila on Thursday.Local people spotted the body of Jalal Uddin, 50, a resident of Nagdemra village, in the area at noon and informed police, said Nasir Uddin, officer-in-charge of Santhia Police Station,UNB News Agency Reported.Police recovered the body and sent it to Pabna General Hospital.Police suspected that miscreants might have beaten Jalal Uddin to death as the body bore several injury marks and dumped the body there at some time at night.The motive behind the killing could not be known immediately.
