Chittagong -A man was found slaughtered beside a culvert in Barua Para in Chandnaish upazila on Monday afternoon.The deceased was identified as Nasir Uddin, 55, son of Sirajul Mostofa, a resident of Haji Para area of the upazila.Gazi Md Sakhawat Hossain, officer-in-charge of Chandnaish Police Station, said Nasir went out of the house on Sunday night and remained traceless since,UNB News Agency Reported.
Later locals noticed his body, with the throat slashed, lying in the area and informed police next morning.Police recovered the body and sent it to Chittagong Medical College Hospital for an autopsy.
