Dhaka, May 13 – A mild heat wave sweeping over Khulna and Barishal divisions and the regions of Dhaka, Faridpur, Madaripur, Kishoregonj, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Pabna, Feni and Noakhal, may continue, said a met office bulletin on Wednesday.The met office also predicted that Rain/thunder showers with lighting flashes & temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh & Sylhet divisions and the region of Cumilla. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country.

Country’s maximum temperature was recorded 37 degrees Celsius in Jashore and Ishwardi in Rajshahi division on Tuesday while the lowest 21.4 degrees Celsius in Tetulia, reports UNB.
