Sylhet, Aug 3 – A mild earthquake shook different parts of Sylhet in the early hours of Thursday.The tremor, measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale, was felt around 12.18 am, said Ganesh Chandra Das, a senior officer of local Met office.
However, there was no immediate report of any damage or casualty.
The epicentre of the tremor was in the Manipur State of India. – UNB
