Dhaka– A minor boy drowned in Ghasi river at Chapaiti village of Dharmapasha upazila in Sunamganj on Monday afternoon.Moznu Miah, member of 9 no ward of the upazila, said that Tanjil Ahmed, 6, son of Nur Islam, slipped into the river adjacent to house around 3pm.Later, his family members recovered the body from the river after a frantic search around 4pm.UNB news agency
