Sosie Bacon, daughter of Hollywood stars Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick, will officiate as this year’s Miss Golden Globe. 21-year-old Sosie is the 49th Miss Golden Globe and will assist with the award ceremony.
Miss Golden Globe is usually the daughter of Hollywood actors and has included some celebrity children who went on to become famous in their own right, like Melanie Griffith (daughter of Hitchcock blonde Tippi Hedren), Laura Dern (daughter of this year’s Best Supporting Actor nominee Bruce Dern), and Rumer Willis (daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore), reports the NDTV.
The outgoing Miss Golden Globe is Francesca Eastwood, daughter of actor-director Clint Eastwood and actress Frances Fisher. Sam Michael Fox, son of Michael J Fox, officiated last year as Mr Golden Globe.
