A woman and her one-year-old son were found hanged from a single rope at their house in Matiranga municipality area on Tuesday.Police recovered the hanging bodies of Hosne Ara Begum, 25, wife of Mohammad Yeasin of Ramij Keranipara, and their son M Zahedul Islam in the afternoon.
Officer-in-charge of Matiranga Police Station M Sahadat Hossain Tito said the incident might have occurred following family feud. “We’re investigating the incident.”
He also said Yeasin along with his parents went into hiding.
