Dhaka – Narayanganj District reached the zonal final of the BFF-UNICEF U-16 National Women’s Football Championship eliminating Tangail District by 3-1 goals in the tie breaker
at the Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Mymensingh on Tuesday.
In the scheduled time, Kanon scored for Narayanganj in the 8th minute while Selina restored the parity for Tangail scoring the equalizer in the 67th minute.
Earlier, the 2nd semifinal match between two teams was locked in 1-1 goals in the stipulated period that forced the match towards tie breaking session.UNB
