Newly invented “Green Mango” launched to promote green energy
A new solar device green mango invented by a Bangladeshi youth was formally launched at a function today to promote green energy in the country.
“Green mango is basically a solar based-multi device, which will significantly meet electricity demand of our daily life,” Mainul Islam Selim, inventor of the device, told the launching ceremony in a city hotel.
At the function, head of news of Channel-i, a private TV channel, Shykh Seraj said the green mango solar device will supplement the efforts of the government to build a “Digital Bangladesh” and it will meet electricity of demand for both urban and rural people.
“This is a very impressive invention, which could be used in dimensional purposes. We should expand this solar device in remote areas to change our rural Bangladesh,” Shykh Seraj added.
Saiful said solar device named green mango could be used to meet household energy demands. “The people who are still out of electricity coverage will be more benefited through the green mango device,” he added.
Price of the green mango device is around Taka 25,000 and it will be available in markets within next two to three months.
