At least 20 people were injured as nor’wester lashed four upazilas of the district on Monday evening.
Witnesses said the violent storm swept through Sadar, Sujanagar, Santhia and Bera upazilas of the district around 6 am.Three cement godowns and a fertilizer godwon collapsed in Bera upazila during the storm that left 20 workers injured. Some other shops and business establishments were also damaged at that time. It also damaged 50 houses and uprooted a good number of trees. -UNB, Pabna
