Nakla thana police arrested one person with fake currency note from Gourodar bazar of Nakla upazila under Sherpur district on Sunday. The arrested person was identified as Kadam Ali, son of late Asar Ali at Prodonitari village in Nagassar upazila of Kurigram district. Police sources said Kadam Ali was trading in fake currency notes for a long time all over the country. On secret information, a team of Nakla thana police led by officer in charge AKM Fasiur Rahman, ASI Amadul Haque raided Gourodar bazar and arrested Kadam Ali with fake notes worth Tk 3000.
